We collect the information needed to publish genuine sales, protect private addresses, deliver chosen alerts, relay enquiries and operate the service safely.

We process account identity and verified email, listing details and photos, private sale addresses, alert preferences and consent records, enquiry details, reports, payment identifiers, moderation history and security logs. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by Find Estate Sales.
How we use it
We use information to operate listings, reveal addresses according to the seller’s choice, match local alerts, relay messages, prevent abuse, record payments and meet legal obligations. We do not infer promotional consent from a local-alert subscription.
Who processes it
Clerk provides authentication, Neon stores application data, Cloudflare hosts the site and media, Resend delivers selected emails, and Stripe processes platform fees. Each provider receives only information needed for its role.
Public and private data
Published listing text, suburb, postcode and seller-approved photos are public. Exact addresses remain private until the selected release rule permits publication. Seller email addresses are not published through the enquiry form.
Choices and requests
Alert emails include no-login preference and unsubscribe controls. You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable by using the contact page. We retain audit, payment, safety and consent records where required to protect users or comply with law.
