Terms of use
Find Estate Sales is a listing and discovery platform. We are not the seller, auctioneer, estate agent, payment intermediary or transport provider for goods advertised by users.

You must provide accurate information, follow Australian law and our prohibited-items rules, and only list property you are authorised to sell. You are responsible for your account and listing content.
Seller and buyer arrangements
Buyers and sellers communicate, inspect goods, agree on payment and organise pickup directly. Find Estate Sales does not hold buyer funds or guarantee an item, seller, sale, price, attendance level or transaction.
Listing and feature fees
Prices shown at checkout include GST unless stated otherwise. Standard listing and optional placement fees buy access to the stated platform service; they do not buy verification, ranking in every result, attendance or a sale. Refunds required by Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
Moderation
We may suspend or remove listings that breach these terms, create safety risk, appear fraudulent or require investigation. Sellers can contact us to request a review. Paid placement never prevents moderation.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted, users remain responsible for their dealings and for inspecting goods before purchase. Victorian and Australian law applies.
